Description:
NXJ (JNE) series wedge-type insulated tensile clamps are suitable for fixing and tightening overhead insulated conductors on the ends of the end of the overhead insulated conductors with rated voltages of 10kV and below or the ends of the tensile sections or the ends of the tensile sections.
Structure:
1.The wedge-shaped structure is proportional to the pulling force of the wire and has the characteristics of self-tightening, and the operation is maintenance-free.
2.The C-shaped shell of the clamp is made of high-strength, anti-oxidation aluminum alloy die-casting, without hysteresis and eddy current, and is an energy-saving fitting.
3.The shell C-shaped opening design makes the inner wedge and the wire easy to install, and the installation is convenient and quick.
4.The inner wedge is made of weather-resistant insulation-reinforced engineering plastics, with an AC withstand voltage of 45kV and a pressure of 1 minute without breakdown and flashover.
Notes:
When selecting the type, the actual outer diameter of the applicable wire should be determined first. Because the insulated wire is divided into 10kV and 1kV voltage levels, there are thin insulation, thick insulation and steel core.
