Product Introduction
BLMT series of mechaincal shear-head lugs are wire and equipment connection type power fittings, mainly used in insulated wire, aluminum wirealuminum alloy wira,ACSR and copper wire non-bearing position on the connection.
The terminal body is made of a high-stength tin-plated aulminum alloy, and the inner surface of the conductor hole has a mesh-like concave design.
Fixed torque Twin shear head bolts are made of special aluminum alloy, all with high-quality lubricant treatmentm .and equipped with a special contact ring.once the bolt head is cut off can not remove these contact bolts.
Special inserts ,insert or remove to adjust the range of the applicable conductorsm. The inserts each havce longitudinal stripes and a locating solt.
This product model streamlilned , for different-diameter connection. For example, three models can cover from 25mm2 to 240 mm2 of the conductor.
Mechaincal shear-head lugs are suitable for outdoor and indoor applications, and can provide different bolt aperture size specifications.
Product Advantages
No special tools are required.
Only one socket wrench is required to complete the installation.
Including providing a tab.
The graded torque-double scissors head bolts are designed to ensure reliable and secure contact.
Each connector or cable lug has a separate mounting instruction.
