Description:

JJE series C-shaped clamp is suitable for non-bearing connection or T-connection of the conductor in the power distribution system. It is an ideal substitute for parallel groove clamp and T-type clamp.

The JJED grounding clamp is used for electric inspection and temporary grounding or multi-way tapping in the line, which can effectively prevent the wires from being connected by arc burn load multiple times due to temporary grounding and lead wire wear.

The insulation cover is made of silicone and is used together with the clamp to provide insulation and protection.

Structure:

The C-shaped wire clamp is an oblique wedge mechanism, which is composed of an elastic C-shaped element and an inner wedge with inclined grooves on both sides.

The C-shaped element is made of special aluminum alloy. When the inner wedge is pushed between the two wires and locked, the spring action of the C-shaped element can produce continuous pressure on the wire and compensate the stress relaxation of the wire, thereby ensuring good Electrical contact performance.

The contact surface is coated with anti-oxidation conductive grease, which not only increases the contact area with the wire, but also prevents oxidation and corrosion of the contact surface.

The elastic effect of the C-shaped element produces a constant pressure on the wire, which can eliminate the effects of metal fatigue and thermal cycling

Different wires are selected with suitable wedges to ensure the best contact performance of the clamp
